  • This work deals with self-ordering of CB particles in polymer matrix affected by the electric field force and ions in the solution. The samples of thin layers with CB concentrations from 0,5 to 10 w% prepared by spin coating method and the plate samples with the thickness 0,05- 0,2 mm coated and evaporated in Petri dishes were studied. The electrical properties of the samples were tested by the method of impedance analysis in the frequency region 10-2 - 108 Hz in both normal and planar directions. In electric field CB particles are assembled into conductive chains according to the electric field force lines. By this way the percolation threshold concentration can be reasonably decreased. The dielectric results can be interpreted in terms of the space charge polarization. The number of CB particles bonded in the chains is proportional to the ordering time. The CB agglomerate structures were studied by optical microscopy.
