Description
  • The magneto-caloric effect has been observed in selected magnetic materials as a temperature change with magnetic field modification under adiabatic conditions or during an isothermal variation with haet supply and heat sink during the magnetic field variation. Some our experiences and knowledge concerning of laboratory experiments with gadolinium power and results of the measurement of its relative permeability in the temperature range from 330 K to 77 K are presented as well.

  • Jsou diskutovány možnosti využití magnetokalorického jevu v chladicích zařízeních. Jsou uvedeny principy a řešení reálných chladicích zařízení, u nichž je magnetokalorický jev využíván při teplotách blízkých teplotě okolí. Jako pracovní látky se v těchto zařízeních nejčastěji využívá gadolinia a jeho slitin. Jsou uvedeny některé poznatky a výsledky z laboratorních měření relativní permeability prášku gadonia v rozsahu teplot 330 K až 77 K. (cs)
