Description	Contemporary product design based on 3D CAD tools aims at improved effciency using integrated engineering environments with access to databases of existing designs, associated documents and enterprize resource planning. The project SEVENPRO addresses this issue by developing a framework for integration of the different information sources through a layer of semantic annotations and tools for enhancing management and reuse of engineering knowledge. The discovery of implicit knowledge by means of relational data mining is expected to be an important facility for reusing of engineering knowledge. Therefore we are developing a system for relational data mining, which could be seamlessly integrated into the semantic engineering environment.
