Description
  • The main objective of this paper has been to use a generalized OTF, which is dedicated to the description of linear space invariant systems, for the purpose of sampled structures of image sensors, and to implement the derived results while utilizing the GUI in Matlab. The model used considers the effects of the detector photo sensitive area, sampling process, as well as other CCD specific parameters, such as the charge transfer efficiency or diffusion in order to derive the overall MTF shape. The paper also includes an experimental measurement in the real system and a comparison with the results of modeling.

  • Hlavním cílem tohoto článku bylo použít zobecněnou OTF, která se používá pro popis lineárních prostorově invariantních systémů, k popisu vzorkovaných struktur obrazových snímačů a implementovat odvozené výsledky do grafického uživatelského rozhraní v Matlabu. Navržený model pro výpočet celkové MTF uvažuje vliv tvaru světlocitlivé oblasti detektoru, vzorkovací proces, stejně tak jako i specifické parametry CCD, např. účinnost přenosu náboje či difuzi. V článku jsou rovněž uvedeny výsledky experimentu s reálným obrazovým systémem a porovnání s modelováním. (cs)
