A CAD analysis of the steady-state is proposed for microwave feedback and distributed oscillators. The method is based on an effective combination of the ?-algorithm with a detection of unknown period using derivatives of some output variable. An accuracy of the analyses is increased by a refinement of GaAsFET standard model. The steady-state algorithm and the improved GaAsFET model were implemented and tested by means of author's C.I.A. (Circuit Interactive Analyzer) program using two real microwave oscillators. (en)
