Description	DCS system was prepared for data taking from the sensors placed along the experimental laboratory setup build at CERN. The system consists from two calibrated ELMB units, Kvaser USB/CAN bus adapter and PVSS II project installed on a portable computer. The ELMB unit is connected directly to the sensing elements (NTC, PT100 and PT1000 temperature sensors and pressure transmitters) that are monitoring the conditions in the experimental structure and communicates them to the master computer through the CAN bus. The computer that also manages database with archive values is connected to the PLC unit over the LAN and it periodically sends-receives data from it. This connection is used to control and adjust the parameters of the technological process and it is based on the special %22dll%22 library. The DCS system together with the setup is placed at the DSF clean room in Building 186.
