  • Hlavní materiály pro zhotovení zasadí jsou obvykle kovové slitiny, který mít vhodné mechanické a rozežírání nemovitosti. Titan a jeho slitiny jsou široce užívaný v nynější době. V této práci, my srovnáme elektrolyticky pokovovat-erodované povrchy Ti, Ti6Al4V a Ti5Al2.5Fe slitiny. Používání kontaktu měření nerovností a odříkávat nazpamět-ohniskový mikroskopie my jsme získali hrubost parametry; rozdíly mezi vzorky byly velmi malé. My také jsme studovali chemikálii stav na povrchu a průklep-založený svah nosnice to bylo nalezené na všichni elektrolyticky pokovovat-erodované vzorky rentgenem fotoelektrickým spektroskopie (XPS), Rutherford zpět-rozptylování spektroskopie (RBS) a pružný odrazit se odhalení rozbory (ERDA). My jsme získali hloubku profily z několika elementů v nosnici, a také vodík obsah. Nosnice tloušťka byla 0.5 am, ač to bylo nesourodé. Raman spektroskopie prokázal grafitovou strukturu nosnice s různým stupněm křišťálové jasnosti mezi beztvarým a krystalickým stavem. (cs)
  • The principal materials for fabricating implants are usually metallic alloys, which have suitable mechanical and corrosion properties. Titanium and its alloys are widely used nowadays. In this work, we make a comparison of the electro-eroded surfaces of Ti, Ti6Al4V and Ti5Al2.5Fe alloys. Using the contact profilometer and confocal microscopy we obtained the roughness parameters; the differences among the samples were very small. We also studied the chemical state of the surface and the carbon-based gradient layer that was found on all the electro-eroded samples by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Rutherford Backscattering Spectroscopy (RBS) and Elastic Recoil Detection Analyses (ERDA).
