  • Materiál s chemickým složením Al-7%Cr byl připraven z rychle ztuhlých pásků vyrobených technologií melt spinning. Pásky byly vyrobeny na experimentálním zařízení při standardní rychlosti otáčení kotouče 30 ms-1. Následně byly takto získané polotovary rozemlety a extrudovány při teplotách 375 a 450 oC. V důsledku tohoto teplotního ovlivnění došlo k transformacím nerovnovážných strukturních složek na rovnovážnější. Kompaktní materiál pak pozůstával z matrice a jemných, rovnoměrně rozmístěných částic fáze Al13Cr2. Slitina dosahuje pevnosti v tahu 300 MPa při tažnosti 11%. (cs)

The ribbons were manufactured on experimental device with a standard surface velocity of 30 ms-1, then milled and hot extruded at 375 and 450 oC, respectively. As a result of thermal influence, non-equilibrium phases formed due to the rapid solidification transformed to more stable constituents. Compact material then consisted of the matrix and fine, uniformly distributed Al13Cr2 intermetalics. The alloy had an ultimate tensile strength up to 300 MPa at an elongation of 11%.
