Description	Obecný software používající metodu konečných prvků a kontrolních objemů pro modelování proudění, přenosu tepla a hmoty především v 1D systémech (například potrubí). Zvlášntí rysy: Analýza RTD (Rozložení dob prodlení) průtočných systémů, knihovna kompartmentových modelů RTD, identifikace modelů. Transmisní analytická tomografie. Databáze materiálových vlastností (termodymamické a mechanické vlastnosti plynů, kapalin, tuhých látek i směsí, radiotracerů). Speciální funkce zaměřené na biomechaniku kardiovaskulárního systému (proudění v cévách). Konstitutivní rovnice hyperelastických materiálů aplikované na deformaci cév a žil zatížených přetlakem a vnějšími silami (identifikace materiálových parametrů z inflačních experimentů). Features concerning biomechanics of cardiovascular system: Flow in blood vessels (branching, elastic pipes, systemic resistance). Constitutive equations of hyperelastic materials applied to deformation of blood vessels and veins loaded by pressure and forces (identification from inflation experiments).
