  • Massive use of PID controllers in industrial practice has led to a continual search for methods making easier setting of controller parameters. Most of theoretical works in this field are based on knowledge of linear models of the control circuit. Industry prefers experimental setting performed on-line. It accepts at the most use of Ziegler and Nichols rules. This means that only modelfree approaches have a chance to be massively applied. The disadvantages of Relay Feedback methods, which have nowadays become popular, are a restricted control function during the identification phase when critical oscillations in control loops are generated and the use of Ziegler and Nichols rules, which lead to oscilating responses. This is a reason for developing an on-line model-free autotuning method which is not based on Ziegler and Nichols rules. Control quality indicators are used for on-line controller parameter adaptation. A part of this autotuning method development is presented in this paper.

  • Masívní používání PID regulátorů v průmyslové praxi vede k neustálému hledání metod usnadňující nastavování parametrů regulátoru. Většina metod vyvíjených v současné době je založena na znalosti lineárního modelu regulačního obvodu, zatímco v průmyslu je preferováno experimenální nastavování, nanejvýš jsou akceptována pravidla Zieglera a Nicholse. Proto je oblíbená metoda relé, jejíž nevýhodou je omezení regulace během identifikační fáze, kdy jsou generovány kmity, a použití pravidel Zieglera a Nicholse, které vedou ke kmitavým odezvám. Z těchto důvodů je vyvíjená samoseřizovací metoda nezaložená na modelu soustavy a nepoužívajcí pravidla Zieglera a Nicholse. Část vývoje samoseřizovací metody je prezentována v příspěvku. (cs)
