  • Tato práce se zabýva numerickou simulací turbulentniho proudění kolem kopečku sinového tvaru. Uvažujeme dvoudimensionální stacionární, turbulentní proudění nestlačitelné tekutiny. Počítali jsme čtyři případy s různými geometriemi. Bylo provedeno srovnání s experimentem i s jinými numerickými simulacemi. Hlavní charakteristikou těchto testovacích případů je recirkulační zóna, vznikající za kopečkem. Matematický model je založen na řešení Reynoldsových středovaných Navierových-Stokesových rovnic za pomoci metody konecných objemů. (cs)
  • A numerical investigation of the flow over sinusoidal hill is presented in this work. We assume two-dimensional, steady, turbulent flow of incompressible fluid. We have computed four test cases with different geometries. Comparison with experiment and with other numerical simulations was made. The main characteristic of this type of test cases is the separation zone, that appears behind the hill. The numerical method we have used is based on solving Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equations with help of finite volume method.
