Description
  • This study deals with numerical solution of 2D unsteady flow of compressible viscous fluid in two types of channels (unsymmetrical and symmetric channel) for a low inlet airflow velocity. The unsteadiness of the flow is caused by a prescribed periodic motion of a part of the channel wall with large amplitudes. The symmetric channel is a simplified model of the glottal spaces in the human vocal tract and the flow can represent model of airflow coming from the trachea, through the glottal region with periodically vibrating vocal folds to the human vocal tract. The authors present the numerical solution and the simulations of the flow field in the channels performed by the especially developed program.

  • Studie se zabývá numerickým řešením 2D nestacionárního proudění vazké stlačitelné tekutiny ve dvou typech kanálů (nesymetrický a symetrický kanál) s nízkou vstupní rychlostí proudu. Nestacionarita proudění je zapříčiněna předepsaným periodickým pohybem části stěny kanálu. Symetrický kanál je zjednodušeným modelem lidského hlasivkového ústrojí, kde tekutina proudí tracheou přes hlasivkovou štěrbinu s kmitajícími hlasivkami do hlasivkového traktu. Autoři prezentují numerické řešení a simulaci proudového pole v obou kanálech provedené pomocí speciálně vyvinutého softwaru. (cs)
