  • Práce je zaměřena na letecké struktury a jejich části, které jsou navrhovány za použití přístupu přípustných poškození. Obsahem článku je návrh, verifikace, monitorování kompozitní opravy únavové trhliny a certifikační proces pro vybrané kritické místo lehkého bojového letadla L-159A. Jsou porovnávány dvě varianty kompozitní opravy: první varianta je tvořena C/E potahy a lepidlem SW 9323, druhá varianta je tvořena B/E potahy a lepidlem FM 73. Cílem srovnání bylo prokázat, zda-li jsou výsledné vlastnosti kompozitní opravy z bórových vláken lepší než jsou vlastnosti opravy z uhlíkových vláken, která byla použita při únavové zkoušce letadla. Byly provedeny numerické simulace na zkušebních vzorcích s aplikovanými opravami, do simulací byly zahrnuty modely kumulace poškození a pevnostních kritérií. (cs)
  • The work focuses on aircraft structures and their parts which are designed using the damage tolerance approach. The main goal is design, verification, monitoring and certification process of fatigue crack repairs of the selected critical places on the Czech light combat jet L-159A. The repairs were carried out using carbon/epoxy composite straps and patches and cold-setting glue SW 9323. A new type of repair was developed and tested. It applied a boron/epoxy composite and FM 73 glue system. The aim of the tests was to prove better characteristics of the repair with the use of boron double-sided patch in comparison to the carbon repair as identified by fatigue testing. The analyses of various patch shapes and the damage progressions thereof were performed both on test specimens and on global model of airframe.
