  • Z důvodu možných odchylek polohy femorální komponenty (FK) totální náhrady kolenního kloubu (TKR) od polohy stanovené výrobcem byl proveden konečně prvkový model a to pro tři případy: ideální poloha a změna směru tlakové síly v latero-medialním smyslu pro plus, resp. minus dva stupně, přičemž maximální velikost zatížení odpovídala vždy síle 3000N. Vyhodnoceny byly jak kontaktní tlaky tak pole napětí. Úloha byla řešena jako statická pro případ nulové flexe a to za použití skutečných modelů FK a tibiálního plata. Součástí byl i zjednodušený model distální části femuru. (cs)
  • Since there are some possible position variations of implanted femoral components (FC) of a total knee replacement (TKR) compared with manufacturer recomandations, three FE analyses were performed for three cases of a loading force direction corresponding to the force of 3000N in magnitude. The first case is the ideal position and the remaining two assume deviation of the loading direction of plus and minus two degrees in a sense of medio-lateral direction. Contact pressures and stress fields were evaluated for all three static models consisting of the real femoral and tibial component and a simplified distal femur in a full extension.
