Description
| - Byl navržen kompozitní materiál na bázi skelných tkanin a polysiloxanové matrice. Byly studovány jeho mechanické a %22biotolerantní%22 vlastnosti. Zvláštní důraz byl kladen na povrchové vlastnosti, resp. strukturu povrchu a její vliv na vrůst kostní tkáně. Byly navrženy dva typy těchto materiálů, a to materiál srůstající s lidskou kostí a stimulující vrůst kostních buněk, a materiál, který se chová inertně a lze použít pro krátkodobé aplikace, npř. ve formě dlah. - The study presented deals with development of advanced composite materials to be used in the bone tissue engineering, based on the polysiloxane matrix and glass fibres, and endowed with 3D porous architecture. An extended experimental investigation was necessary for obtaining physical and chemical properties of the composite materials, namely their mechanical properties, porosity, void fraction, surface roughness. All these parameters had to be modified and studied, using both in vitro and in vivo testing, for achieving an optimum bone tissue ingrowth and maturation.
