Description
  • The paper deals with a mathematical and numerical investigation of the influence of a forest stand on the atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) flow including pollution dispersion over the complex relief given by a 3D-surface coal field located in the North Bohemia. The applied mathematical model is based on system of full RANS equations written in conservative form. A simple algebraic turbulence closure is performed and a stationary boundary conditions are held. The forest stand is simulated using the additional source term in the momentum equations which depends on the local velocity magnitude, the characteristic area of the obstacle and on the drag coefficient as well. The forest free area is modeled through the surface roughness parameter.

  • Článek se zabývá matematickým a numerickým modelováním vlivu lesního porostu na proudění v mezní vrstvě atmosféry včetně disperze pasivní příměsi nad komplexním reliéfem. Ten je tvořen částí povrchového dolu v severních Čechách. Aplikovaný matematický model je založen na systému RANS rovnic zapsaných v konzervativní podobě. Jednoduchý algebraický model turbulence je užit pro uzavření problému spolu se stacionárními okrajovými podmínkami. Lesní porost je modelován pomocí přídavného zdrojového členu v hybnostních rovnicích a závisí na lokální velikosti rychlosti, charakteristické ploše lesního porostu a také na odporovém koeficientu. Pro reliéf bez lesa je užito parametru drsnosti. (cs)
