  • Cílem této práce je shrnout dosavadní pokroky ve vývoji konečněprvkového modelu koleního kloubu po implantaci kolení náhrady. Jsou zde též představeny cesty dalšího vývoje, jehož cílem je dynamický model obsahující mimo všech tří artikulujících kostí a endoprotézy též zjednodušené modely základních svalů a vazů. Celá práce je provedena v prostředí ABAQUS/CAE. Ačkoliv existuje řada typů kolenních náhrad, jediný způsob jak je ověřovat jsou experimentální zkoušky, které jsou však značně nákladné. Z tohoto důvodu je metoda konečných prvků velmi užitečná ovšem problém je do této doby stále neexistující všeobecně akceptovaný model dobře simulující silové poměry uvnitř kloubu a též chybějící kvalitní materiálový model tkání.   • The aim of this work is to summarize the up to now progress in a development of a FE knee model after a total replacement operation. There are also introduced ways of future development which leads to a dynamic model containing aside all three articulating bones and its replacements also simplified models of main muscles and ligaments. Whole this work is computed using a code Abaqus/CAE. Though there is a lot of types of knee replacements, the only way how to validate their quality is an experimental verification which can be quite expensive during a development. For such reason the FE analysis can be very useful but the problem is a lack of a commonly accepted model well simulating forces acting in a joint as well as mechanical properties of both tissue and artificial joint replacement.
