Description	Příspěvek se zabývá různými metodami simulace proudění a jejich užitím při rozhodování v projekční praxi. Na reálném případu budovy s uvažováním dvojite fasády jsou zkoumány možnosti dvou simulačních metod - CFD a uzlové sítě s bilancí průtoků. Rozbor ukazuje, že pro daný případ je bilance průtoků vhodnější. Zároveň je ukázáno, kde může být bilanční uzlová metoda vylepšena na základě CFD výpočtů, resp. jak se mohou oba přístupy vzájemně doplňovat. (cs) Uitgaande van een reële ontwerpopgave, wordt in dit artikel dieper ingegaan op verschillende manieren om luchtstroming te simuleren voor het ondersteunen van ontwerpbeslissingen. De ontwerpvraag betreft het al dan niet toepassen van een tweedehuidfacade bij een nieuw kantoorgebouw. Voor modellering van de luchtstroming is gekeken naar de zogenaamde massabalans netwerkmethode en naar computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Voor wat betreft het modelleren, is de conclusive dat vooralsnog de netwerkmethode geschikter is voor ontwerpondersteuning van dit type problemen. Er kunnen echter verschillende aspecten worden aangegeven waar de netwerkmethode zou kunnen worden verbeterd met behulp van CFD en andersom. This article examines, on the basis of an actual design specification, different methods of simulating airflows in support of design decisions. The question to be decided is whether or not to use a second skin facade for a new office building. The mass balance network method and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were both investigated for modelling purposes the network method is better for supporting decisions of this kind. However, there are clearly several respects in which the network method could be improved with the help of CFD, and vice versa. (en)
