Description	The paper presents results of nondestructive testing of mechanical properties of composite gypsum material. The specimens were cut from the gypsum block. One side of this block was exposed to the climatic influences for four years, because the block was put to the façade of the building. The matrix of 6 x 4 specimens of dimensions 40 x 40 x 160 mm were cut from the block after its removal from the façade. After 6 and 9 years, the Young's moduli and shear moduli of these specimens were determined from the transversal, longitudinal and torsional vibrations using the impulse excitation method.
