  • The article presents optimization of concrete mixture from the perspective of financial savings, there are listed here possibilities of using alternative synthetic fibres from waste PET bottles and binder DOROPORT. These alternative components reduce the cost of fibre reinforced concrete and increase its ability to take on the market. The use of two lengths of synthetic fibres is another factor of optimization to produce of fibre reinforced concrete with recycled aggregate. The evaluation of their impact on the material characteristics of fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) - especially ductility of composite is crucial. The most important factor is the relation between length of fibre and maximum size of corn of recycled aggregate, correct relation is base for effective use of both materials.
