Description
  • This program built up in the Matlab environment. It was dedicated to the calculation of the pore size distribution. The image is loaded as a 2D matrix to Matlab with the dimension of an initial image. Each cell of the matrix represents the value of RGB of the pixel. Using one threshold level the image becomes a binary one. In order to simplify the image processing the empty (white) pixels in black pores are filled by black. Further, the image is processed and the particular objects (areas) are separated. Various characteristics can be estimated for each object like: perimeter, eccentricity, center of gravity, etc.

  • Tento program je vytvořen v prostředí Matlabu. Je určen pro výpočet distribuce pórů. Snímek je nahrán jako 2D matice s rozměry původního obrázku Každý člen matice reprezentuje hodnotu RGB. Použitím prahování se snímek převede na binární. Aby se zjednodušilo zpracování snímku, jsou prázdné pixely v pórech vyplněny černou barvou. Dále je snímek zpracován a rozdělen na jednotlivé objekty. U nich jsou počítány různé charakteristiky jako např. průměr, obvod, excentricita, těžiště atd. (cs)
