Description
  • There are several techniques used European wide for many years for asphalt pavements and classified as cold or warm technologies. Most of them are based on bituminous emulsions or bitumen foam process. The progress in use of these technologies in Czech Republic started slowly approximately 10-15 years ago utilizing especially the combination of bituminous emulsion and hydraulic binders applied as in-place technique. The technology has been used especially for less important roads (classified in Czech Republic as second or third class roads). However in the present there is a logical effort to enforce cold recycling mixes as well in structures of trunk roads or motorways, usually as part of the sub-base. For proper pavement structure design and further mix optimization knowledge of stiffness modulus is significant. Current results are presented in this paper.

  • Již řadu let se v rámci Evropy využívá několik technologií recyklace asfaltových vozovek, které jsou označované jako studené nebo teplé. Většina z nich je na bázi asfaltové emulze nebo asfaltové pěny. Rozvoj využívání těchto technologií v České republice začal postupně před více jak 10-5 lety s využitím především kombinace asfaltové emulze a hydraulických pojiv v podobě technologií prováděných na místě. Tyto technologie se využívají především pro konstruke silnic nižších tříd (v České republice klasifikované jako silnice II. a III. třídy). V současnosti je patrné logické úsilí prosazovat využití směsí studené recyklace též v konsturkci silnic první třídy nebo dálnic a to zpravidla jako část podkladních vrstev. Pro správný návrh konsturkce vozovky i další optimalizaci směsi je významná znalost modulu tuhosti. současné výsledky jsou prezentované v tomto článku. (cs)
