  • Mikrostruktura a tím pádem I mechanické vlastnosti betonu jsou významně ovlivňovány působením vysokých teplot. V této práci byly působení vysokých teplot do 900 °C vystaveny vzorky portlanského betonu. Byly stanoveny zbytkové mechanické vlastnosti betonu a jeho mikrostruktura. Bylo zjištěno, že nejvýznamnější změny v materiálu probíhají v intervalu teplot 180 - 440 °C (cs)
  • Mechanical properties as well as microstructure of concrete is significantly influenced by heating. In this paper, unsealed samples of ordinary Portland cement concrete were subjected to elevated temperatures up to 900°C. Major mechanical properties were determined. Complete load-displacement curves were measured and fracture toughness of concrete was evaluated by means of several parameters including specific fracture energy, true specific fracture energy, effective critical stress intensity factor, energy release rate, softening index and coefficient. Analysis of porous structure of fragments of hardened cement paste from the same concrete samples was carried out by means of nitrogen sorption measurements. Specific volume and surface of nanopores are a good indicator of structural changes of concrete. In our experiments major texture changes in this range of pores take place in temperature range 180 - 440°C
