Description	Moderní počítače dovolují uvažovat přechod od současných předpisových metod posuzování spolehlivosti k plně pravděpodobnostním koncepcím jako je SBRA, tato metoda byla vyvinuta v posledních dvou dekádách mezinárodním týmem. Předmětem příspěvku je úvodní ukázka aplikace metody SBRA při posuzování bezpečnosti rovinného ocelového rámu se zvláštním přihlédnutím ke stabilitě všechny vstupní veličiny jsou vyjádřeny neparametricky, interakce všech těchto veličin je anglizována s použitím techniky Monte Carlo. (cs) Modern computers allow for considering a transition from current prescriptive reliability assessment methods to full probabilistic concept, such a SBRA. This method was developed last two decades by an international team. The subject of the paper is a pilot demonstration of the application of the SBRA probabilistic approach to the safety assessment of a planar steel frame with speciál attention given to its stability. All input variables are expressed by nonparametric variables, the interactions of all variables is analyzed using the Monte Carlo technique.
