  • Ke stanovení mechanických vlastností trabekulární kosti je použito kombinace mikropočítačové tomografie pro zjištění vnitřní struktury a nanoindentace pro stanovení materiálových vlastností na úrovni trabekul. Numerické modelování pomocí MKP je použito pro stanovení vlivu mikrostruktury na celkové vlastnosti trabekulární kosti. (cs)
