  • Članek se zabývá použitím optických identifikačních metod měření deformací vzorků pří tahových/tlakových zkouškách. V tomto případě se jedná o zjišťování materiálových vlastností trabekulární kosti. (cs)
  • Article deals with material properties and failure criteria of trabecular bone assessed by optical identification based on surface texture registration. Trabecular bone samples of cylindrical shape are loaded in Instron 3382 loading machine. Tension and compression tests are recorded by high resolution CCD camera. Captured images are processed using Visualization ToolKit (VTK). The map is reduced to control points like ends, centres and crossing. Allocation of control points at filtered structure in every image gives information about deformation of tested sample.
