Description
  • Thin films of various organic materials have been created by the matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE) technique. The principles, advantages, and difficulties of deposition are discussed. The focus is on target preparation, solvents, studied materials, and growth rate. Measured solvent transmissions and the results obtained are reported, and an overview of the MAPLE applications is presented.

  • Tenké vrstvy různých organických materiálů byly vytvářeny metodou matrixového laserového pulsního vypařování (MAPLE). Jsou diskutovány principy, výhody a problémy depozice. Pozornost je věnována přípravě terče, rozpouštědlům, studovaným materiálům a rychlosti růstu vrstev. Jsou prezentovány transmisní křivky používaných rozpouštědel a aplikace MAPLE vrstev. (cs)
