  • Photoluminescence of a series of vertically stacked multilayer quantum dot structures taken at different excitation powers and in the magnetic field up to 24 T is reported. The data are compared with results of model electronic-structure calculations for flat dots, including the effects of the strain field. For seven-layer samples, the wavelength of 1.3 μm has been achieved.

  • V článku je popsána fotoluminiscence sady vertikálně uspořádaných InAs/GaAs struktur kvantových teček v magnetickém poli do 24 T, snímána v závislosti na excitačním výkonu. Experimentální data jsou porovnána s výsledky výpočtů elektronové struktury modelem zahrnujícím vliv napěťového pole. V případě vzorku se sedmi vrstvami byla dosažena vlnová délka emise 1.3 μm. (cs)
