  • Článek je zaměřen na diagnostiku nově zkonstruovaného plazmatické zdroje, pracujícího při frekvenci 2.45 GHz. Tento plazmatický zdroj, tryskového typu, může být provozován v kontinuálním i pulsním režimu. Byla provedena diagnostika plazmatu vyfukovaného z trubice pomocí jednosondových a dvousondových Langmuirovských měření v pulzním i kontinuálním modu. Základní parametry plazmatu – elektronová hustota, elektronová teplota a potenciál plazmatu – jsou určeny z jednosondových měření za nízkého tlaku. Elektronová teplota, měřená v širokém rozsahu tlaků, je vypočtena z dvousondových měření. Časová závislost elektronové teploty během jedné periody pulsu je měřena a diskutována. Plazma, které je vyfukováno ven z trysky, je přímo aplikováno na plastický materiál (PE) za účelem zvýšení jeho hydrofility. Stupeň hydrofility je posuzován pomocí měření kontaktních úhlů. Vztah mezi základními charakteristikami plazmatu a výsledky měření kontaktních úhlů je podrobně diskutován. (cs)
  • The paper is focused on diagnostics of newly developed plasma source. This plasma source of jet type can be operated in cw as well as in PC controlled pulse regime. We carried out diagnostic of the plasma exiting the nozzle by single and double Langmuir probe in cw as well as in pulsed regime of plasma source operation. The basic plasma parameters - electron density, electron temperature and plasma potential - are estimated from single probe measurements at low pressures. The electron temperature in wide range of pressures is evaluated from double probe measurements. Time evolution of electron temperature along a single period in pulsed mode of operation is measured and discussed. The exiting plasma stream is directly applied on a plastic material sample (PE) with the aim to increase its hydrophility. Degree of hydrophility is characterized by contact angle measurements. Relations between process plasma parameters and results of contact angle measurements are discussed.
