  • Remarkable decrease of the Curie temperature TC of the PrRu2Si2 compound with pressure was observed, whereas the Neel temperature TN is practically pressure independent. In the antiferromagnetic phase region (TC < T < TN) a metamagnetic transition occurs, with a rather low value of the critical metamagnetic field (50 mT by 15 K). The value of critical field increases nearly twice when applying pressure of 0.8 GPa

  • Byl pozorován výrazný tlakem vyvolaný pokles Curieovy teploty Byl pozorován výrazný tlakem vyvolaný pokles Curieovy teploty TC , zatímco Neelova teplota TN se s tlakem prakticky nemění. V oblasti stability antiferomagnetické fáze (TC < T < TN) byl pozorován metamagnetický přechod s relativně nízkým kritickým polem (50 mT při 15 K). Kritické pole výrazně vzrůstá s rostoucím tlakem a dosahuje při tlaku 0.8 GPa prakticky dvojnásobných hodnot (cs)
