Description	The cooperation of the v-Myb oncoprotein with extracted nuclear matrix of avian haematopoietic cells expressing the v-myb oncogene was studied by means of immunoelectron microscopy. Using anti-Myb polyclonal antibody we have shown interaction of v-Myb protein with this matrix. This interaction, however, was dependent on experimental conditions and v-Myb oncoprotein was easily released from this structure. The cooperation of the v-Myb oncoprotein with extracted nuclear matrix of avian haematopoietic cells expressing the v-myb oncogene was studied by means of immunoelectron microscopy.
