| - In the present work, changes in the membrane properties and current profiles were investigated in the course of in vitro-induced neuron formation in NE-4C cells. Induction by retinoic acid resulted in neuronal differentiation of about 50% of cells. Our data indicate that voltage-independent symmetrical currents and gap junction coupling are characteristic physiological features of neural stem and progenitor cells regardless of the developmental state of their cellular environment.

- Studovali jsme změny membránových vlastností a proudové odpovědi v průběhu indukované neuronální diferenciace u NE-4C buněk. Indukce pomocí retinové kyseliny vyvolala neuronální diferenciaci přibližně u 50% buněk. Naše výsledky naznačují, že napěťově-nezávislé symetrické proudy a propojení buněk typu %22gap junction%22 jsou charakteristickými vlastnostmi neurálních kmenových a progenitorových buněk nezávisle na diferenciačním stupni jejich buněčného prostředí.
