Description	Přímé zahraniční investice přispěly od roku 1990 ve střední a východní Evropě ke značné modernizaci hospodářství. Byly implementovány nové technologie a technika a nové koncepty managementu a organizace. Pracovní vztahy byly buď ještě ovlivněny podmínkami plánovaného hospodářství nebo vznikaly zcela nově v zakládaných firmách. Kniha analyzuje nové formy pracovních vztahů v zahraničních firmách, které vznikly vstupem německých/nadnárodních investic. Kniha je založena na intenzivních případových studiích. (cs) Foreign direct investment has since 1990 contributed to the considerable modernization of the economy. New technology was implemented and also new management concepts and labour organization. Industrial relations were influenced by still remaining influence of command economy or were created new in new created companies. The book analyses the new forms of industrial relations in international companies which emerged thanks to German/international investment. It is a path-breaking study, based on intensive case-study research. Foreign direct investment has since 1990 contributed to the considerable modernization of the economy.
