| - The introduction of a new model of territorial development based on a bottom-up approach appears as an entirely new process in the Central European countries which belonged to the communist system. However, the ongoing process of europeanization in these countries is acting as a catalyst in the transmission of this model of endogenous development that is a model whose principles are to highlight the specific advantages of each territory and to foster the initiatives taken by decentralized actors. Territorial governance is a notion which sums up these new patterns of the public policies that are in keeping with a multi-level environment. At the crossroad of the European and national policies with bottom-up initiatives, taken by local actors (local representatives, project managers, etc.), new patterns in territorial resetting are also appearing as part of the change in territorial governance.

- Model teritoriálního rozvoje založeného na přístupu %22bottom-up%22 je novým procesem v kontextu zemí střední Evropy patřících dříve do komunistického bloku. Pokračující proces evropeizace v těchto zemích funguje jako katalyzátor v přenosu tohoto modelu endogenního rozvoje, jehož principy zdůrazňují specifické výhody každého území a posilují iniciativy decentralizovaných aktérů. %22Teritoriální vládnutí%22 je pojem zahrnující tyto nové formy veřejných politik, které jsou v souladu s víceúrovňovým teritoriálním uspořádáním. Na křižovatce evropských či národních politik a zdola jdoucích iniciativ lokálních aktérů (lokálních zastupitelů, projektových manažerů) se rovněž objevují nové vzorce teritoriálního uspořádání, které představují změny v teritoriálním vládnutí.
