Description	Die Ekphrasis der Verklärung Christi ist der Gegenstand vorliegenden Beitrags. Die klassische Definition der Ekphrasis des Rhetors Aelius Theon führt als Beipiele für Ekphrasen von Zeiten Schilderungen von Frühling, Sommer und eines Festes an, so dass sich die Ekphrasen des Gregorios Sinaïtes auf das Fest der Verklärung nach der antiken Einteilung am ehesten unter dem Oberbegriff Zeit und und den Unterbegriff Fest einordnen lassen. Die Darstellung des sogenannten Panselinos enthält noch eine weitere Neuerung. Er hat sich aber die künstlerische Freiheit herausgenommen, als Wirkung von Verwandlung und Verklärung den Sturz darzustellen, der ausschließlich von Matthäus, und zwar als Wirkung der Wolkenstimme, berichtet ist. Somit ist nicht nur der Umstand, dass einer der Jünger bei der Verklärung dem Bericht des Matthäus widersprechend auf den Rücken fällt, sondern auch der Sturz selber als Wirkung der Verklärung als eine Neuerung anzusehen. Das Problem der malerischen oder homiletischen Priorität des Sturzes der Jünger als Wirkung der Verklärung bleibt. The Ekphrasis of the transfiguration Christi is the object of present contribution. The classical definition of the Ekphrasis of the Rhetors Aelius Theon states as a paradigm for Ekphraseis portraying seasons as the spring, the summer and a celebration, so that the Gregorios Sinaïtes Ekphrasis on the celebration of the transfiguration can be arranged after the antique division in earliest under the upper concept of season and and the unterconcept of the celebration. The representation of the so-called Panselinos contains still an other innovation. He has arrogated the artistic freedom to show fall as an effect from conversion and transfiguration which is reported exclusively about Mattew, namely as an effect of the cloud voice. Therefore is not only the fact that one of the disciples falls with the transfiguration to the report of Mattew contradicting on the back but also to consider the fall as an effect of the transfiguration as an innovation. It remains the problem of the picturesque or homiletischen priority of the fall of the disciple as an effect of the transfiguration. (en)
