  • The multidisciplinary approach seems to be a promising method in subtyping autism. The methodological limitation of this study was only planimetric way of brain structures measurement. Furtehr validation of our findings using volumetric measurement on a larger sample is needed. Longitudinal observation would also be helpful for assessing the prognostic value of identified clusters.

  • Multidisciplinární přístup se zdá být slibnou metodou v rámci studia subtypů autismu. Metodologickým limitem studie je pouze planimetrický způsob zjišťování mozkových struktur. Validizace závěrů by tak mohla být provedena na základě volumetrického měření u většího souboru osob. Prognostická hodnota identifikovaných subtypů by mohla být zjištěna na základě longitudinálního zkoumání. (cs)
