Description	Studie ověřuje vutah mezi osobnostními faktory a parametry elektrodermální aktivity (EDA) v průběhu slovního asocialčního experimentu. Cílem studie je zjistit, které parametry nejlépe korespondují s temperamentovými vlastnostmi. 36 normálním probandům byl počítačově administrován test slovních asociací s pevným intervalem 15 s. Během testu byly snímány hodnoty kožní vodivosti. Získané fyziologické parametry byly porovnány s výsledky Eysenckova osobnostního inventáře. Výsledky ukazují, že reakční časy a amplitudy kožní vodivosti mají nejtěsnější vztah k temperamentu. Celkový pokles kožní vodivosti je pomalejší u labilních osobností, zatímco rychlejší habittuace amplitud se projevila u extravertů. Byl nově zdokumentován vztah zvýšeného L-skóru a změn v průběhu EDA. Tyto poznatky pomohou lépe interpretovat elektrodermální data a rozšířit možnosti počítačové administrace dalších metod. The study explotes the relationship between the temperament and the parameters of electrodermal activity measured during the word association test (WAT). 36 normal subjects were computer administered WAT with fixed response interval set to 15 s. During the test skin conductance was recorded from the palmar sites of nondominant hand. The physiologica data were compared with the results of Eysenck Personality Inventory. The results indicate the response times and the skin conductance amplitudes are the best correlates of the temperament. The habituation advancement carries significant information about extraversion and lability. The overall habituation during the test is typical for stabile personalities, while the habituation of reaction ampltudes is typical for extraverts. The physiological correlates of higher L-score values were found. (en)
