  • Interferometric methods are used for definition of length by distance translation to one of the interferometric arms. The Fabry-Perot interferometer or etalon with very high stable laser produces length etalon sensitive in nanometer scale with linear response to its change. We present in our work improvements of such method by removing the very high stable laser by the femtosecond stabilized optical frequency comb. Train of femtosecond laser pulses produces an optical frequency spectrum separate by equidistant frequency frep with frequency offset fceo called frequency „comb“. Stabilizated frequency „comb“ generates a very precise frequency rule. Locking the scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer to one of the frequency components could perform length etalon. The Fabry-Perot etalon in simple geometry transmits only the frequencies with integer multiple of fcav which depends inversely to the mirror spacing. Comparison between different Fabry-Perot etalon has been made.

  • Klasické interferometrické metody používají k definici délky posuvu jednoho z interferometrických ramen. Fabry-Perotův interferometr (etalon) za pomocí velmi stabilního jednomódového laseru je schopen generovat délku s citlivostí v nanometrové oblasti. V naší práci přicházíme se zlepšením této metody nahrazením jednomódového laseru stabilizovaným optickým frekvenčním hřebenem. Optický hřeben lze navíc navázat na atomové hodiny. Jednou z metod generace délkových etalonů je navázání délky rezonátoru na těžiště interferogramu vzniklého interferencí dvou po sobě jdoucích pulsů. V další metodě byla délka Fabry-Perotova rezonátor uzamknuta na jednu z komponent hřebene získanou extrakcí nevhodných komponent pomocí difrakční mřížky. V poslední metodě byla frekvenčně svázána jedna z komponent z optického hřebene s DFB laserem pracujícím ve stejné oblasti vlnových délek. Délka rezonátoru pak byla navázána na frekvenci jednomódového DFB laseru. Jednotlivé metody jsou porovnány. (cs)
