Description	We present a technology of iodine cell preparation that has been a result of a long time development and verification by and independent method based on measurement of iduced fluorescence and evaluation by the Stern-Volmer formula which has been used by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM) so there is a chance to compare our results. The level of induced fluorescence intensity is limited by several relaxation processes such as ionization, predissociation and collisional quenching. (en) Prezentujeme technologii přípravy jodových kyvet, která je výsledkem dlouholetého vývoje a ověřování nezávislou metodou založenou na měření indukované fluorescence a vyhodnocení prostřednictvím Stern-Volmerovy formule používané na pracovišti BIPM. Úroveň intenzity indukované fluorescence je omezena několika relaxačními procesy, ionizací, predisociací a nezářivými srážkami. (cs)
