Description	Práce se zabývá vypracováním metody umožňující kvantifikaci detekční účinosti detektoru sekundárních elektronů v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu. Cílem je studovat celý proces zpracování signálu od dopadu primárních elektronů na vzorek až po konečné zobrazení na monitoru. Při řešení tématu bude mimo jiné nutné zvládnout statistiku interakce elektronů a fotonů s pevnou látkou, problematiku vzniku šumu a kvantitativní vyhodnocování poměru signálu k šumu zpracovávaného signálu. Po vypracování teoretického modelu celé detekční trasy by měl být navržen experiment a provedena měření na konkrétním detekčním systému. The work concerns with working out of a method enabling quantification of detection effectiveness of the detector of secondary electrons in the scanning electron microscope. The aim is to study the whole process of the signal processing from the impact of signal electrons onto the specimen to the final imaging on the monitor. It will be necessary to manage the statistics of the interaction of electrons and photons with a solid, the problems of the noise origination and quantitative evaluation of the signal-to-noise ratio of the processed signal. After working out of a theoretical model of the whole detection path an experiment should be proposed and measurements on a concrete detection system carried out. (en)
