  • Byly studovány tři různé mikrostruktury intermetalika Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb-B (at.%),téměř lamelární (NL) a equiaxiální s nízkým obsahem fáze alfa 2(ELA)a vysokým obsahem alfa 2 (EHA). Tři mikrostrukturní typy se projevily různým creepovým chováním při 973 K a 350 MPa. Byly provedeny přerušené creepové zkoušky pro hodnocení vývoje hustoty dislokací a rozvoje dvojčatění s rostoucí creepovou deformací. Výsledky nasvědčují relevantnímu uplatnění dvojčatění a vysvětlují rozdíly creepového chování slitin NL a EHA pokud jde o akumulační kinetiku deformace při vysoké teplotě a činí mikrostruktury NL and EHA méně resistentní při creepu. The three microstructural types exhibited different creep behaviour at 973 K and 350 MPa. Interrupted creep tests were performed to assess the evolution of dislocation densities and deformation twinning with increasing creep strain. Results of the quantitative analysis suggest that deformation twinning represents a relevant contribution to the strain accumulation kinetics at high temperatures and makes NL and EHA microstructures less creep resistant but more ductile.
