  • Je analyzován vliv trhliny v povrchové vrstvě na porušení konstrukce. Těleso s ochranným povrchem je modelováno jako bi-materiálové těleso. Problém je řešen v rámci předpokladů lineární lomové mechaniky. Je kvantifikován vliv materiálových parametrů povrchové vrstvy a podkladu na šíření povrchové trhliny. Je ukázáno, že v případě tuhé povrchové vrstvy na podajném podkladu dochází k poklesu hodnoty kritického napětí vedoucího k porušení tělesa. (cs)
  • The influence of through crack in the protective surface layer on damage of coated structures is investigated. The coated body is modeled as a particular case of a bi-material body.The problem is studied under assumption of linear elastic fracture mechanics. The influence of the coating crack on the substrate failure is investigated. It is concluded that in the case of a stiffer coating on a more compliant substrate represents dangerous stress concentrator and the critical applied stress for substrate failure decreases.
