  • Válcové vzorky z litých polykrystalických niklových superslitin Inconel 713LC a Inconel 792-5A byly cyklicky deformovány v řízení celkové deformace při teplotách 23 a 700 °C. Morfologie a objemový podíl γ ´ precipitátů je odlišný v obou materiálech. Byly získány křivky cyklického zpevnění/změkčení, cyklické deformační křivky a únavové křivky života při obou teplotách. Křivky cyklického zpevnění/změkčení obou superslitin závisí na teplotě a amplitudě plastické deformace. Cyklické deformační křivky je možno proložit mocninovou závislostí. Experimentálními daty křivek únavové životnosti lze proložit Manson-Coffinovy a Basquinovy zákony. Dislokační struktura byla studována pomocí TEM. Planární dislokační uspořádání ve formě pásů ležících paralelně s rovinami typu {111} byla zjištěna v obou superslitinách a teplotách. Napěťově-deformační odezva a únavová životnost jsou porovnány při obou teplotách a diskutována v relaci s dislokačním uspořádáním a strukturními parametry. (cs)
  • Cylindrical specimens of cast polycrystalline nickel base superalloy Inconel 713 LC and Inconel 792-5A were cyclically strained under total strain control at 23 and 700 °C. Morphology and volume fraction of γ´ precipitates are different in both materials. Cyclic hardening/softening curves, cyclic stress-strain curves and fatigue life curves were obtained at both temperatures. The cyclic hardening/softening curves depend both on temperature and plastic strain amplitude. The cyclic stress-strain curves can be fitted by power law. Experimental data of fatigue life curves can be approximated by the Manson-Coffin and Basquin laws. Dislocation structure was studied by TEM. Planar dislocation arrangements in the form of bands parallel to {111} planes were identified in both superalloys at both temperatures. Stress-strain response and fatigue life characteristics are compared at both temperatures and discussed in relation to dislocation arrangement and structural parameters.
