Description
| - Difúze Mo ve slitině Fe76Mo8Cu1B15 byla studována metodou odebírání vrstev v teplotním intervalu 548-648 K. Odprašování ionty Ar+ bylo zvoleno jako postup pro odebírání jednotlivých vrstev. Měření byla prováděna na vzorcích pásků a to jak v rychle zchlazeném stavu, tak po dvou předohřevech při teplotách 683 a 743 K po dobu 1 h. Naměřené koncentrační profily se skládají ze dvou odlišných větví, což vede k předpokladu existence dvou difúzních cest. Difúzní koeficienty Dv vypočtené z větve blízko povrchu jsou připisovány objemové difúzi Mo v amorfní fázi, naopak vyšsí hodnoty koeficientů jsou ovlivněny difúzí podél cest s vysokou difuzivitou. - Mo tracer diffusion in Fe76Mo8Cu1B15 alloy was studied using serial sectioning method in the temperature range 548 – 648 K. Sputtering by Ar+ ions was applied as a sectioning technique. The measurement was carried out with the ribbon-like samples in as quenched state and in two states after pre-anneal 683 K / 1 h and 743 K / 1 h. Measured concentration profiles consist of two distinct branches suggesting that two diffusion paths are operating. Diffusion coefficients Dv calculated from the near-surface branch were attributed to Mo volume diffusion in amorphous phase, the higher ones, on the other hand are influenced by fast short-circuit diffusion.
