  • Současné modely creepového chování kompozitů s kovovou matricí byly aplikovány při popisu creepového chování kompozitů s matricemi tvořenými hořčíkovými slitinami (i) AS21 (složení v hm. %: 2.2 Al, 1.0 Si, 0.1 Mn a Mg zbytek) a (ii) ZE41 (4.2Zn, 0.7 Zr, 1.2 RE a Mg zbytek) zpevněných (i) 27 obj. % s nahodilou planární distribucí krátkých vláken Saffilu (97% Al2O3 a 3% SiO2, průměrná délka 0.150 mm, průměr 0.003 mm) a (ii) 15 % resp. 20 % identické distribuce stejných vláken. Creepové chování obou slitin i čistého hořčíku bylo zkoumáno pro referenční účely. Všechny materiály byly připraveny identickou technologií – tlakovým litím. Creepové zkoušky v tlaku byly u všech materiálů provedeny při 473 a 523 K. Z analýzy byly získány hodnoty prahového napětí, které byly detailně diskutovány. Byly získány poznatky o možnostech popisu chování experimentálních materiálů modely založenými na koncepci prahového napětí. (cs)
  • Modern models of metal matrix composites creep behaviour are proved on creep data for (i) magnesium alloy AS21(in wt. %: 2.2 Al, 1.0 Si, 0.1 Mn and Mg bal.) and (ii) ZE41(in wt. %: 4.2Zn, 0.7 Zr, 1.2 RE and Mg bal.) based composites reinforced by (i) 27 vol.% of randomly planar distributed short Saffil fibres (97% Al2O3 and 3% SiO2, average length 0.150 mm, diam. 0.003 mm) and (ii) 15 and 20 vol. % identical Saffil fibres, respectively. Both matrix alloys and pure magnesium were tested for reference purposes. All experimental materials were prepared by identical procedure, i.e., by squeeze casting. Compressive creep tests on the composites as well as on the matrix alloys were performed at temperatures 473 and 523 K. The analysis of results yielded various values of the threshold stress. These values were discussed in detail and conclusions concerning the applicability of threshold stress concept in the description of creep behaviour of investigated metal matrix composites were drawn.
