Description
  • Vývoj perzistentních skluzových stop (PSS) a růst extruzí a intruzí byl u polykrystalické oceli 316L únavově zatěžované s konstantní amplitudou plastické deformace za pokojové teploty studován pomocí mikroskopie AFM (atomic force microscopy) s ohledem ke krystalografické orientaci individuálních zrn zjištěnou pomocí techniky EBSD (electron backscattering diffraction). Získané experimentální údaje týkající se morfologie PSS a růstu párů extruzí/intruzí jsou porovnány a diskutovány s teoretickými modely vývoje povrchového reliéfu a iniciace únavových trhlin. (cs)
  • The development of persistent slip markings (PSMs) and the growth of extrusions and intrusions in polycrystalline 316L stainless steel cycled with constant plastic strain amplitude at room temperature were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM) with respect to the crystallographic orientation of individual grains determined by electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD). Experimental data on the morphology of PSMs and the growth of extrusion-intrusion pairs obtained are discussed with reference to the theoretical models of surface relief evolution and fatigue crack initiation.
