Description
  • The geometry of the persistent slip markings (PSMs) produced by cyclic loading in two stainless steels, one with f.c.c. structure, the other with b.c.c. structure was assessed using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and high resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM-FEG). The internal dislocation structure in both steels was studied using transmission electron microscopy. The bands of the dislocation structure corresponding to cyclic strain localization were identified in both materials and were correlated with PSMs.

  • Pomocí mikroskopu atomárních sil (AFM) a vysokorozlišovacího rastrovacího mikroskopu (FESEM) byla určena geometrie perzitentních skluzových stop vzniklá cyklickým zatěžováním dvou nerezových ocelí, jedné s fcc strukturou a druhé s bcc strukturou. Vnitřní dislokační struktury obou ocelí byly studovány pomocí transmisní elektronové mikroskopie. Byly identifikovány pásy dislokační struktury odpovídající lokalizaci cyklické deformace a byly korelovány s perzistentními skluzovými stopami. (cs)
