  • Systém konstitutivních rovnic popisující plasticitu polovodičů je porovnáván s výsledky mechanických zkoušek. Testy v kompresi za konstantní rychlosti zatěžování byly přerušeny před maximem počáteční ostré meze kluzu, tj. v okamžiku intenzivní multiplikace dislokací, a provedeny zkoušky relaxace napětí a creepové zkoušky. Byl navržen zobecněný zákon pro multiplikaci dislokací, který velmi dobře odpovídá všem datům, za předpokladu, že každý vzorek je fitován samostatně. (cs)
  • A set of constitutive equations describing the plasticity of semiconductors is compared with the results of mechanical tests. Constant strain rate compression tests are interrupted before the peak of the initial multiplication yield point, i.e. at the moment of intense dislocation multiplication, by transient tests (stress-relaxations and creep tests). A generalised law for dislocation multiplication is proposed which perfectly fits all the transient tests data, provided each sample is considered separately.
