  • Draselný iont patří mezi minerální látky, je důležitou součástí hnojiv, krmiva a potravin. Amonný iont je hlavním ukazatelem čistoty vody a krmiv. Oba ionty patří mezi silné ionty a mohou být stanoveny elektromigračními metodami, avšak jejich iontové mobility jsou uzavřené a podmínky analýzy musí být vhodně nastaveny pro jejich separaci. Použita ITP metoda je vhodná pro jejich stanovení s dostatečnou citlivostí a přesností. (cs)
