  • A critical and synthetic review about the present state of preconcentration electrophoretic techniques based on sample stacking. The paper shows that the principles of all (often very complicated) techniques can be explained by combining several basic procedures. The paper surveys selected recent practical applications ordered according to this classification and allows a fast and easy orientation in this already quite complex part of analytical electrophoresis.

  • Kritická a syntetická přehledná práce o současném stavu koncentračních elektroforetických technik založených na tzv. stackingu vzorku. Práce ukazuje, že princip všech (často i velmi složitých) technik lze vysvětlit kombinací několika základních postupů. Na základě vypracované klasifikace vytvořený přehled současných stackovacích technik umožňuje rychlou a snadnou orientaci v tomto již velmi složitém oboru analytické elektroforézy. (cs)
